Customer has a J2 code on this machine so he replaced the drum unit as what is being called to have done. However, replacing the drum unit did not fix his problem so he tried resetting the flag on the gear that tells the machine that there is a new drum unit installed and when that didn't work he tried another drum unit. The second drum unit did not fix his problem either. I am wondering what else could be causing this problem? Thank you for any help given.
