    Pro 416 DF Jam

    Not strong on Xerox but have a fairly good handle on this one except for df jamming. The last sheet jams half way out regardless of how many pages are put in df. If its just 1 page it jams, if its 10 pages the 1st 9 are good and last page jams. Any help would be great.

      Toshiba e16 with Xerox badges.

      Check the actuators one of them is sticking.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          What this sound like to me is that your DF thinks there are more sheets to be fed in. If it works fine till the last sheet, It sound like the last sheet jams on exit because the DF is expecting the next new sheet to be fed in. I'd check the DOC set sensor / actuator and parts around the paper feed area.
