    WC7132

    Hi all!

    I've got a problem. Just upgraded a WC7132 using the web utility from Xerox. After the update was 100% on the computer i needed to restart the WC7132 (which said still: downloading).

    After a restart the machine is stuck in download mode.


    Can somebody please help me out with this?

    You need to reinstall the software using software download tool and proper firmware.
    What software version was on the machine and what version of sw is for upgrade ?

      I cant get any connection with the printer anymore with the supplied software from Xerox. I think i need the pws tool you guys all talking about.

      There was another workaround with an USB stick <= 2GB. I needed to create a folder DWLD on it and place the firmware file in there. The only thing strange that they were talking about an IPL firmware file and the only file i got is an .bin file. Someone still got any ideas?
