[Misc] DC250 - black is printed over the correct point with a 1-2mm

    Hi all,

I'm the owner of a Docucolor 250. Recently the following flaw appeared:
    - when printing a document from the computer, all the colors are printed correctly but the black which seems not to superimpose correctly (the black is printed over the correct point with a 1-2mm). The same thing happens even if i photocopy.

Did anyone have such a problem?

Please, please tell me if you encountered such a problem and what is the solution for it or any other idea is most welcomed.

    Thanks.

First you must clean the MOB sensor and after that do color registration procedure.
The IBT and IBT cleanner are in a good condition ?.

I'm sorry but I'm not an expert.
What is the MOB sensor? Where is it?
what is the color registration procedure?
              What do you mean IBT?
I'm sorry but you should talk more simply because I am not a technician.
There is a link that explains step by step ?

              thank you very much.

After all that you stated, better call a technician or at least buy yourself Service Manual.
