Hi all,
I'm posting this for a couple of our techs who are 500 clicks away trying to get this machine operational.
the fault is listed below:
Machine advising all toners faulty even though they are all full. The tech rang the customer who said that it was displaying replace all the drums. here is a cut and paste of what the customer emailed back.
Good Day All,
Please be informed that today I replaced all the drum cartridges in FUJI XEROX DOCU CENTRE IV C4470
and the following error messages persist after the reboot:
1. SUPPLIES ALL TONERS STATUS FAULT
below is a list of what the guys have tried to do parts wise etc to try and repair the fault:
downloaded and reinitialised the NVM which did not help, and also downloaded and updated with new NVM to the best of my knowledge.
they have also replaced these parts but to no avail:
Toner crum: 113K83244 x4
High voltagePSU: 105E19351 x1
Low voltage PSU: 105E19270 x1
137E15840 - 4C5570 EPROM
APC5570 MCU PWB
4C5570 PWB ASSY-MD NW-C
I know this hasn't got much info in it, but if anyone has come across this sort of fault and sorted it out it would be greatly appreciated
