I have a Xerox Workcentre 4150, it was working fine and when we changed the toner the error message "Toner Supply Failed, Remove Seal Tape from Toner Cartridge" showed up, obviously there is no seal tape on the Toner Cartridge, so we bought two more toners cartridges, but still when installing the new Toners that we got it still gets the error. So am thinking that it has something to do with the copier and not the toner cartridge. Any Help would be very much appreciated.

When insert the new toner the motor turn on? If yes check the gear of main motor, maybe stuck the toner auger gear from main motor.
(y must remove to see it).

So, toner is not exiting the cartridge. Either something is blocking the toner from exiting the cartridge (maybe the little door that blocks the toner from spilling out when you have the cartridge out of the machine is not opening when you insert the cartridge) or there is no mechanical drive going to the cartridge for toner supply.

Take the toner cartridge out and look towards the rear of the machine. You will see a white toner drive gear protruding through the frame that drives the toner cartridge. Push in on it a few times. It is spring loaded and if it does not spring back you need to replace it.
