Magenta Dispense failure.

I had this repeatedly on a DC252. I took the magenta supply sensor out the cleaned it. It wasn't a lay-person operation.

check condition of the magenta toner cartridge motor and dispense motor. Replace if faulty. Vac excess toner. also reset NVM 762-313 to 0.

I need help with my ce-enter passcode so I can go through the steps of reseting my nvm762-315 error code. It tells me to set it to 0. BUt I cant remember my passcode for this machine to make that happen. How do I reset it?
