    Xerox 4110 error 10-330

We are stuck as to how to fix this error. Any help would be appreciated.

The machine stopped in the middle of a run and gave a 10-330 error. The error then came on when we rebooted the machine after warm up. We looked it up and found out it was a fuser motor error so we replaced the fuser motor. Now the machine will boot and sit idle until we try to make a copy. The sheet comes to about an inch over the transfer belt and then the machine gives a 10-330 error again. What is going on?

Check the fuser bearings. They may be locked up.

      Thanks for the reply.

We checked that. Everything is moving freely. We also ran the fuser motor in service mode and it is working.

Check the pressure roller cleaning blade it may be digging into the pressure roller causing the fuser motor to stall.

Check also the fuser drive joint. There is a bearing. Also look at the fuser web material

It's usually the Pressure roll cleaning blade. It gets built up with toner and when the toner cools down it hardens and won't allow the pressure roll to turn
