    xerox cartrideg error

    can someone please direct me in the right direction I have an xerox workcentre 7232 new cartridge and keep getting cartridge error change out cartridge with another new one error again but when you put old back in works find. please advise

      What's the error code ?
      The partnumber of old toner is same like new toner ?

          same cartridge and on the display just list error beside color

              Perhaps chip inside cartridge is missing.
