Fiery DC240 USB Port For printing

Hi,
i have dc240 with busstle rip . getting problem with network port connecting and disconnecting cant take prints through net work cable.
can we use usb port for printing if yes then how because i connect it through USB port but no response.?

is it software problem or hardware ?

i have 250 software but don't have installation instructions.

You can't use usb type B port from fiery for printing.
You can print using usb ports type A, from a memory stick with ready to print files.

we need to use usb stick on any usb prot on fiery ?

do you have system software installation guide ? i just want to re install software because both network ports are not working. one more thing can we use any external network card in fiery ?

Your fiery HD is going out. Time to replace it. You'll need a NEW hd (I find that they don't seem to like used or referb one's) and the install software. (came with the fiery)
