Please tell me there is a way to reset authentication because customer reset default from 11111 PW: x-admin to who knows what? Is there a way to access web monitor to change smb settings?

Resetting the Admin Password:

Enter UI Diagnostic Mode. ( Press and hold the 0 key for 6 seconds then press START while still holding 0. Enter code 6789 and confirm)

Press LOG IN/OUT button on control panel

select SYSTEM SETTINGS

select COMMON SETTINGS

select DIAGNOSTICS

select NVM READ/WRITE

enter location 700-171 and press CONFIRM/CHANGE

This is your current password. You can provide this number to your customer or set this NMV to the default value of 11111.
