xerox color 550 misfeed problem

I frequently visit a customer site who installed new xerox color 550 production machine less than 4 months before,

always seen there is paper misfeed problem in that machine

As machine runs on CSMA by xerox I can't check it

I also ask of problem to customer but he is new in field and not aware that this misfeed must not occur.

One thing that disturb my mind is that -

All 550 have same problem or only that customer machine has problem ?

Any Idea ???

Misfeeding is not a standard feature of the Xerox 550. I would suggest they have a tech check it out.

Check paper (test with your own paper, good quality), check paper feed roll.

Xerox copiers never jam unless there is something wrong specially one that is 4 months old ,maybe 4 years old sure
