[Misc] Xerox WC5755

Hi all
I have recently acquired a WC5755 from an auction. the machine has done little work 1000 impression, It will not initialize, The machines are not available in Australia, this machine came from the US Embassy. Local Xerox will not support and international wont support Australia. The dilemer is that the error is asking for a second cable to be connected to the top of the machine. the only ports available are a De9 female and a DE 25 male. There is also a USB input direct to the device, 2 USB expansion ports, and an RJ 45 nic. Can anyone tell me the cable that this machine needs to operate. Network access is working and I feel that the machine has no issues. I have attached the error codes.

The machine tell you to connect the output device which can be a finisher or an output tray. These output device has own cable and connect in a 15 pin socket rear of the machine.
The master fault you have is ' install phase incomplete'. There are nvm corruption and you must restore the machine settings. For that you need diagnostic tool to save and restore nvm or to reload software if this is necessary. After machine settings are ok you can check if your output device si working or it is bad.
And service manual will be an plus if you want to restore your machine.
