    Xerox DC 250 transfer image problem

    Hi,
    Having problem with this one. As you can see on pictures it doesn't transfer image to the paper. Image is OK on IBT.
    I have already changed 2nd BTR and it's PWB. Also changed bias connectors.
    Machine always works when I'm on site, and as soon as I leave, it starts to make problem?

    Make a photo yourself and put it on front of the machine. In this way you are always on site.
    I think there are imperfect contacts at 2nd btr. Use a spray contact for electronics.

          What make you sure that Magenta CRU is making this problem?
          As you can see on pictures, image is perfect on IBT. Which means that laser, drums, developers, 1st BTRs are doing good job.
          Problem starts at 2nd btr point.
          And so far customer is not complaining
