When I try to print I can see the roller coming down to pull the paper but it looks like it pulls it and then lets go of it before it should. I have changed the roller with a new one but still the same problem. I ordered a and replaced the Registration Roller Solenoid (SL2) but still it does not work. am not so sure now on what to do with it. If anyone can help I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you, I already have the service manual,forgot if I got it from you or not. I tried everything that has been said to be done on the manual and nothing works, I changed the roller and solenoid and still does not work.Comment
