The ROS motor is the polygon mirror motor located in the laser (ROS) unit.
You can check to make sure that the wire harness going to the laser unit(s) are properly connected but beyond that you would need to replace the ROS assembly.

Hi,
thank you so much for your help. I ended up removing the ROS Motor and cleaning it and worked fine. The motor was jamming up a little trying to rotate.
