Hook a chain to that dude and tow it to the closest dumpster and dump it in!!! It's junk my friend!!
IBT assembly is WASTED.. Drive assembly needs replaced. Cleaner housing shot, Cleaner drive motor not turning. All your drums need replaced. 2nd BTR look like tree bark!! What else would you like to know??

Before you throw it away look for uneven transfer position on 2nd BTR
im sure you dont want to spend alot of money
so grab some alcohol and water and start cleaning
clean the drum drives gear with a brush keep the drums covered
clean the first and second btr with water damp cloth careful not to much pressure on those soft rolls
clean the ibt with alcohol careful there as well dont ding the belt
run a few sheets
then put together an order list
