hard to say what it is without seeing a picture, post a picture.
it could be the itb cleaning unit one of the drums or developer units so post a picture. Also do you get this when printing or copying.
Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.

Hi, Thanks a lot for your reply, here is the picture of the print that have the dirty line, Yes it is on print and as well as on copying. It will getting worse when continuous copy was printed.
This is a second hand old machine i just purchase to replace my Canon IRC 3220, which was very expensive to maintain ( it drum, toner is so expensive) compare to this DCC250.
The only problem is i have zero knowledge at this DCC250, does you have any machine layout diagram for this DCC250 , so a least i can know the basic detail of the component of this machine.
I think amadeusmbi and copytech200x covered it all but I cant tell if that line is black or cyan so check the drums by switching the color drums around that is take magenta drum and switch it with cyan see if the color line changes to magenta on the print if not does it happen on black and white print if yes clean the transfer belt cleaning unit and check the fuser rollers for grooves. This all may seem complicated but its not my suggestion to you is to buy a servce manual from Paul at just manual so you can learn of your copier/printer so you can fix the easy problems and leave the difficult problems to the techs.
good luck

Hi , thanks for all the replies...
after tested with a few more print, i found the when i print the same copy for more than 1 pc, the line will happen on the first copy only, the other copy will be clean. It happen again on every first copy of the prints.. does this mean the belt cleaner issue, where does this belt located?..
Need to get clear of the issue before looking for a technician....
From what you describe I would replace the IBT cleaner. Its easy enough to replace
1. Open Front Cover.
2. Release and move Xerographic Release Lever down.
3. Remove Right Cover (REP 14.3).
4. Remove IBT Belt Assembly just enough to access Belt Cleaner (REP 9.15)
If you dont want to go to the expense of replacing the whole unit you may be able to track down
and fit aftermarket silicon blade. But best bet is to go for the new unit.
You should be able to source a service manual online if you hunt around. I think the models below
are all very similar: CopyCentre C32, C40, DocuColor DC1632, DC2240, DC3535, WorkCentre M24, M32, M40, Pro32, Pro40 & WorkCentre C2128, C2636, C3545, 7328, 7335, 7345, 7346.
If you have trouble finding one let me know and I can send you pdf.
cheers
