Re: Phaser 7500 transfer belt assembly?
The whole assembly is expensive.. $600 and up. Try looking for just the belt if you can. 064K92661. Still not cheap, but cheaper than the assy!I'd be happy to come out and wipe off your dirty glass. One question however, do you also pay someone to come out and wipe your dirty ... -
Re: Phaser 7500 transfer belt assembly?
I called Xerox and gave them part number and they proceeded to give me part number after part number changes which they call alternates. They quoted me $322 plus shipping on one of the alternates describes as "Belt Assy-IBT". They just sent the belt and not assembly. It turns out the assembly other parts numbers for actual belt assembly go from $407 and end up at $1266 for the final alternate.
I had already quoted customer and had to find an alternative source for assembly. Xerox said they would give me full credit for return because of the misunderstanding and misrepresentation by agent who I specifically told it had to be whole unit.
In the meantime I purchase whole unit with from a Xerox parts supplier for less than $200 including shipping. It was an exceptional deal and I grabbed it as it was the only one they had. Xerox sent a UPS Yellow Tag Pickup Slip for the belt they sent me and it was picked up same day assembly arrived.
That was June 13 and sin 11 days passed without a credit on my credit card account I contacted agent. She emails me saying the receiver of the package said it was scrapped , implying i did not send back the new belt but a used one. Can you believe that BS. I am fighting to save my integrity and get my money back and it is very stressful.
I am seeing my cardiologist tomorrow and i am trying to remain as calm as possible but it is difficult when you are confronted with a situation and company that works like this. FrankComment
