    Xerox 5330/7545 116-324 codes

Has anybody had problems with 116-324 codes on the 5330s or 7545 series machines? I have several machines at different locations at the same company giving this fault code. I think it may be something on the network causing it or an application they are printing from.

I would have to agree with you that it is probably something on their network causing the problem.

If it was just 1 machine out of all the machines at the account having this problem, I would suspect the printer but since several different machine are all having the same problem it does not seem likely that they all have hardware or software malfunctions.

Same IP address on many machines.
That is the reason for DHCP was invented.

116-324 is an IE font glitch or incompatibility issue with fonts that the xerox doesn't understand, especially if printing from within IE (internet explorer). in your printer driver go preferences, advanced, specify font, setup, tick "print true type as bitmap" and apply changes . otherwise print file again using firefox or chrome

If still having problems after following this and the cust cant or wont use another browser, using the postscript driver can be an option if the machines have postscript installed
