Xerox Phaser 3600 Laser printer locks up or freezes, no error messages just stops and looks like it is doing but is not. Anyone seen something like this?

I've got about 25,000 manuals online and another 15,000 on my hard drive that I have to go through, and I have a lot of frimware too.
