[Misc] DC12 firmware upgrade

Hello friends. I have 2 xerox DC12 and I have a problem with the collated copies. Basically my problem is this:
my machine has the finisher and the ADF.
Example: I send to the printer from the computer 10 sheets to make 3 copies. All 3 Copies are collated.
The same sheets if I send them to the printer using the ADF, copies do not come collated.
How can I fix the problem? On the display there is no the "collate". It is a software problem? I have the version 11.50.3.-1
There is a need to upgrade the hardware? How is it done? thank you very much

Dc12 can not make collated copies.

hello friend. thanks for the reply. I am sure that it collates copies as I have seen in other machines (always dc12) who had command on the display that I do not appear.
My request is simply to know how you upgrade on that machine.

don't know about this machine. but in order to collate, you first have to select the number of copies and then the collate function will be avaliable to be selected. This you may know, but sometime the simple steps are missed.

Do you have firmware for dc12?
You need PC with XP or older OS because WIN7 do not support parallel port.
Copy firmware to root (c,d or even on usb but must be on root).
Start download and download firmware

I have a PC running with xp. I use perfectly the pws but unfortunately I miss the firmware file!
