WC 5645 scan delete due system error

Good Day,

I am having a problem with WC5645 network scanning using ftp. when the machince is first powered on network scan works with no problem but an hour or two later scanning stops there is no error report printed but under non complete jobs there is a message that job deleted due to system error, if the device is popo then scan works for another two hours. I reinstall sytem software version number 21.113.02.500. But still having the same problem. This customer has many of the same and different equipment that network scan works and all scan to the same scan server.


Any help would be appreciated.

That's a pretty old software level. Try updating to this level:

Dont do that !
21.113.xx.xxx sw is not compatible with 21.120.xx.xxx software.
