    Xerox C2128 software reload problem

    Hi,

    After trying to reload software to C2128 machine, something apparently went wrong as UI cannot boot and it constantly resets. Machine was upgraded using diagnostics navigator, after which it failed to boot properly and it stayed that way. Fault code points to control panel PWB. However I need to know if there is any chance to reload software to UI again, so the machine could be restored without ordering new Control Panel PWB?

    I have tried to reload software again, but it cannot start.

    Any help is appreciated.

    reload firmware again to recover UI rom or you can do hard stop for 4 + stop+power save to initialize HDD.

      What software version do you have initially on the machine, which is the software version you wanted to upgrade and what WCPS version did you using ?
      Do you know what the CCM NVM PWB is ?
      If yes post here a clear photo of that pwb.
