Re: xerox 3030 error code f20
Check the display carefully, there is no documented E-20 code on the 3030 wide format. There is an E2.01 code, which indicates a problem in the media transport. This includes paper jammed in the registration area or on the media transport. The registration area is where the paper makes a 90 degree turn traveling from the cutter area to come forward onto the media transport. Sometimes a sliver of paper will jam in the registration area, blocking the registration sensor. Try looking above the cutter inside the machine, or shine a light in from the front of the machine to see if there is paper lodged in this area. -

Re: xerox 3030 error code f20
Hello Gar,
Are you sure about F20 as the error code? I could not find that one listed in the manual. There is an LL-60, 61, or 62 fault for NVM related issues. In general, and NVM fault is resolved in one of two ways. You can run an NVM reset, or replace the NVM chip. In either case, this will reset any adjustments that had been done back to factory defaults. The code for performing the NVM reset is 0360-1 for the US or 0360-3 for European systems.
If you don't have the manual, shoot me an email. I can get you the section on NVM faults by email.

Re: xerox 3030 error code f20
I coat-tailed on this Thread as responces seemed good. It is just a NVM error. I have worked on some Mita Large format but the Xerox are new to me. It's at a church as a donation, was exposed to be working but came up with NVM fault when he pulgged it in. Any / all help needed and wanted. I take care of more normal stuff for this client/friend but he does come up with some iffy ones. Still has a working Ricoh 350, & HP LJ 4P, now this, if I can get it running.
Thanks
