WorkCentre C2128 Not correct recognized in WCPS

Machine: WorkCentre Pro C2128
PWS: 9.2
WCPS: 01.04.046

The display show communications problem, I have already change the battery and perform DC133 but in DC105 the machine is identified Workcentre Pro 32C so I can not restore the CCM.
What should I do?
