[Error Code] C2270 - Scan to email not working more than 10 pages results in error 016-766

I have a problem with our Apeos-Port IV C2270 where scan to e-mail fails with the error code 016-766 when we try to scan a doc with more than 10 pages. In the settings up protocol > smtp the maximum data size per e-mail is 20480KB, the exchange server receive and send connectors have the same mail size limit. No other mail size limits are being applied to users. Small scans will work but a large 10 page+ plus one always results in an error.

The printers ram size is 2048MB and it has a hard disk installed.
