[Misc] workcentre 5645 loosing parameters

I have a Xerox workcentre 5645 loses the default parameters, as regards drum, fuser, and others informations, when disconnected from the power source for a long time. Does someone have a solution for me? I rescheduled several times, but it's Still the same.

What software version is on to machine ?

Replace the software module inside the sip tray (small electrical board with a battery backup). The backup battery has most likely died.

Check battery M4T28-BR12SH1, if it's dead replace it.

Yes the battery is dead because there is no value on the battery pins. Now I want to know if it's will work only replacing battery; cause when I plug it on, the screen is frozen on XEROX logo with 5 dots on left side.

Please is anybody have NVM file for wc 5645 (*.nvb) with (ser.no.) Costumer lose floppy disk, and battery die.
I don't have on field this type .
