replace xerox wc pro 35 waste toner box but error message still on the screen

i have xerox wc pro 35 screen message shown replace waste toner box
i replace and put it back , machine still shown ,tell me to replace waste toner box
why,,,any advice thanks

Perhaps you have a problem with the Waste Toner Full Sensor.

09-380 fault means that the waste toner door is open. Check the door switch. Check the waste toner door hinge and hinge block to make sure its not broken.

A false waste toner full message can happen if you dump out the waste toner and reuse the old bottle. You have to wipe clean the top of the bottle (inside) that the sensor looks through. If light can not pass through the bottle the machine thinks the waste toner bottle is full.

check waste toner hinge , no broken
took out waste toner door and detach toner holding frame (plastic )
nothing change
next will check wiring connect to the board --connector to see if anything wrong
last time replace the gear bush, and put it back ,and running good ,now the message show replace waste toner box ---
i try two waste toner box , tomorrow try another one in home and put the frame back
if the sensor good ,is there any led light on shown on the sensor board ??
