XEROX DC 535 problem with home

i have XEROX DC 535.
about 2 month ago it was print lighter and lighter, till image was about 1 week ago almost invisible.
i did disassemble home. the plastic helical gears was worn out. i did make gears from bronze, did assemble home with bronze gears.
now printer pour out toner and developer between home magnitron and drum in printer and on paper.

looks loke i did assemble home wrong.

what is reason?

Can you post a picture of what you consider to be 'home' and 'magnitron' ?
