Xerox DC 250 white dots

Hello everybody!

I faced a problem with Xerox DC 250.
The printouts come with random light or white dots different size. I hear sound like static electricity cracking noise on IBT Belt.
Sound comes probably from yellow developer housing or close to it. B&W printouts are ok!
Dots are mostly in yellow and magenta colors.

I tried to replace yellow developer housing but no result.
I even replaced tray with developer housings and drums, but still no result

The customer describe what happened before.
He heard strange sound and saw white dots. After he check waste container he saw it over full with no warning message.
After he made it empty and place it back, the problem still persist.

Does he use OEM toner?

It looks like contaminated developer. Check toner supply system.

Sounds like a bound up waste auger or cracked waste auger gear.

He uses OEM toner. At list it looks like OEM :-) He bought it from our citizen, and they get it probably from ebay.
bojans, I agree with you, and I think that something wrong with toner.
Is there any way to bay good toner? Can you suggest me anything?

Sounds like a bound up waste auger or cracked waste auger gear.

I inspected the weste auger and gear - its ok.

The cause of the problem was - toner!

After the customer replaced toner cartridge and
I made about 300 print outs the printer started to get better.
Now printer works good!

yea... id like to see the dots... are they like random dot voids? i always thought that was the developer housing..
