    DC12 error 10-390

First machine gave error 9-360. I turned it off then on and it started to print
again. Then all of a sudden gave 10-390 error and now it won't start no more.
Service should come tomorrow but i need to print as soon as possible.
    Any help?

It could be fuser nip sensor. You need to remove fuser unit first. When you look fuser from side where is Fuser web, sensor for fuser nip is on botom right side. Check if is broken or have no connection. If its ok then it could be what xcopytech told you.

        Regards!

10-389 nip CONTACT fail, 10-390 nip RETRACT fail.
this is what edoc states but the failed part is the EXIT MOTOR for these 2 error codes

Try exit motor from diagnostics, component control 10-040. If doesn't work, remove it from machine. On EXIT MOTOR PCB, there is fuse (SMD). Test it and replace if ness.
