[Error Code] Problems with a xerox 8700X

Customer called about constant jams and weird noise on a Xerox 8700X, Got there and of course the machine worked fine. Looking at the trouble codes there were repeated 389.212.000 errors. Not familiar with that code system and could not find anything on the web. Any help with what to look for would be appreciated. BTW the machine has approx 75 k prints.

No find this error code in service manual.May be 389.112.00: Sheet failed to enter sensor 10 (preheat exit).
For this machine you need to have service manual.
