Xerox 5335 Sold to metered conversion needed

My work has purchased quite a few 5335 machines with sold billing plans. I need to convert these to metered to accept the toners that we stock. I've called xerox twice for snippets to fix this issue, but they have now become unhelpful and will not generate these for me. Anybody have a way to generate these snippets or convert these machines?

I don't know of any way other than obtaining them from Xerox Tech Support.

You should address to XEROX ASP and them for Xerox Snippet Conversion 506P15715.
