[Error Code] WC 5230 boots with fc 116-321

Dear all,
I have a problem with a mentioned machine. when the Power is turned on it boots up with a fault code 116-321.
it is some sort of a software fault. According To EDOC I should check DDR RAM module reload sw or at the end replace ESS PWB. RAM is ok. I have replaced it with another one but I can not reload sw since I am geting USB error That print job is active. Just to be shure I reinitialized spool nad log service with GP6 and nothing helped. I have also initialized IOT NVMs.
Does anyone have any experience with this FC or my sw reload problem? Is it possibile that sw reload problem is somehow connected to FC?

With the machine off; try holding the #4 Button, STOP & POWER SAVE all at the same time while switching on the machine. Hold them until boot screen (5 circles) show the the second circle blinks. This clears all pending and or copy jobs in queue.

I would go with a new ESS at this point.

Hm, I have tried with a different one from another WC 5230. I have kept ram, R2 module and ID chip from my original one. But to my dissapintement it did not work. I got different FC 124-372 but when I checked in EDOC it has practically same RAP.
So now I am really stuck. Hope level 1 support comes up with something useful.

To close this thread here is a solution to my problem:

Removed a battery from ESS PWB for a 30 min, after that machine boots up with a FC that required a PWB sync. Did that and after that all was OK!

Hope anybody finds this useful...
