Xerox Color550 Error 061-323

HI,
hope you all doing good

This machine has 2,89,000 impressions on it and throws (Error 061-323) after warming up.Customer is been trying to use non-original toner and all started after that.Took the laser Unit out and it was full of yellow toner on it.Cleaned and put back without any luck..





Advise please..

061-323 Means SOS Fault Magenta. The SOS Signal was not detected. Ensure the connectors on the ROS (Y, M) are connected correctly. Also make sure the MCU PWB are connected correctly.

If still nothing replace the ROS (Y,M) Part# 062K19113
Still problem replace the MCU PWB. Part# 960K51605.

Thanks for input Dorez,i have rechecked (ROS) connectors at both ends,i'll be looking to replace ROS and MCU PWB and will let you know.

Any estimated cost for ROS and MCU?just a rough guess if you could provide that would be great.

You are very welcome...

I wouldn't be able to guess on the cost, however trying contacting; They sell new and used and recycled parts, probably alot cheaper than xerox..
