Xerox 800/1000 digital press

Iam working on a Xerox color 800 Digital press.

The Technician who was installing it at first didn't change the transformer voltage from 208VDC to the customer site voltage of 240.

Its giving the message Print Engine fault & close printer paper path module (big module) and the following fault codes

91-322
94-313
77-323
102-315
072-216
071-216.

I have changed the interlock switches for Big module and interlock switches for printer doors.

Ive tried following these codes on the Edoc but im reaching no conclusion.

Has anyone encountered such a fault.

please help.

I think you have problems with 24 volts on machine.
What is the partnumber of your edoc ?

I was also thinking of 24vdc from what I get from edoc.
Iam not sure of the part number of my edoc, but its installed on a PWS. how do I check the part number?

In edoc you have "Publication Information" chapter.
Inside this chapter you see the part number 705Pxxxxx and date of the edoc.

The Part number is 705P01325

The manual is not too old so you can follow the procedures for errors code you have.

I have checked bulletins 1152677,1167898 & 1092936. But I don't have 1252944.
