now i could not go into service mode the password is incorrect
i did not know i made the change
yesterday it work is there any way to reset the password
any advice are welcome

part came in today
waste toner sensor bad ,replace and test run it
it work, thanks those tech people information

I have the same Xerox Workcentre Pro 35 with the same issue of the waste toner sensor always saying full even though we've changed it multiple times. Can I ask... where did you get the part from? And where did you get the instructions on how to repair it?

It happened to me yesterday with the wc5645. Same problem. The machine was show that the container was full, but it was not true. It is unsoldered wire on the sensor.
