WC 3045 change to Docuprint M205 fw

Good day I am working on a wc 3045 that has change to a DocuPrint M205 s/n and meter change.
I have never seen any thing like this. I tried to update firmware but firmware update software can not find machine,
I tried usb and network. Want to know what you tech gurus did to solve this problem.
