    Workcentre 7132 092-310 Error

    The service mode locks me out and I am assuming this has to be reset their. What is the common cause of this error. Looking at the xerox service manual (as a 30 year technician, Xerox for 12) I am really lost here. Guessing toner is covering a patch sensor of some sort.
    Any help is so appreciated....

      A problem with ADC Senser occurred.

      If [092-310] occurs, value in NVM[752-121 Number of Continuous ADC Fails] will increase. After repair, set NVM[752-121 Number of Continuous ADC Fails] back to 0.

      1.Turn On the power.


      The same code gets declared.
      YES (Check NVM[752-097 ADC Shutter Close Fail].
      NO (Done)

      2.The value is "0".

      YES (Check NVM[752-095 ADC Sensor Fail].
      NO (Go to 092-650 ADC Shutter Close Fail RAP.

      3.The value is "0".


      YES (Check values in the following NVMs:


      NVM[752-098Fail ADC TCpatch(Y)]


      NVM[752-099Fail ADC TCpatch(M)]


      NVM[752-100Fail ADC TCpatch(C)]


      NVM[752-101Fail ADC TCpatch(K)]

      NO (Go to 092-651 ADC Sensor Fail RAP.

      4.Every value is "0".

                  It looks like what happened that they ran out of yellow toner early and that caused the yellow adc patch to fail test. They tried to install toner when the machine was still saying toner low and ended up spilling it all inside the machine. It also shot the toner chip. I cleaned all sensors I could find and reset code then told customer to wait until machine asked to new toner then install new toner cartridge.

                      This is turning into a nightmare. looks like I am going to have to change the yellow developer housing...
