Wondering how to get into the service mode and where to buy the transfer kit
I need to reset the counter so customer can print a large job until i can get the transfer kit also saw that the fuser will need to be replaced going to replace both at the same time. Can anyone tell me where to get the parts . called all my vendors and no one know where to buy them

the only place I know where you can get these parts are from Xerox. The part numbers are transfer kit-675K47085, Fuser-675K47094. Hope this helps.
