Hello!My friend can help me solve it?my paper is A3 size,tray also A3 paper but printed out .There is a bottom line to half gone, in the end what is wrong? margin also adjust up, copy setting also adjust, side and legde regirsation also adjust, or the same problem? There are other ways? What NVM write to setting it? Very urgent. 'Does anyone know I can ask you? Thank you .....

i assume this is xihu product and we had same cq sample due to take away clutch faulty or left cover not closed properly.

Fairly sure Xihu's have a 5mm Edge Erase? Have a look into the admin
