7545 Reset and clear user data

I am working on a 7545 that was removed from a customers site. How do you erase all user data files, phone book, and reset all settings network and so on back to factory defaults? Thanks.

How do you do that on this machine? I can't find instructions in the service manual.

General Procedure # 9 will tell you how to do this, in the service manual.

All of those procedures require the system software which I don't have. Is there another way to erase all user data and reset everything back to factory defaults without needing to software to reload?

go to xerox.com they have the "firmware" aka system software.
