Xerox WC5735 Ozone Filter

Hi

I have replaced the ozone filter on a WC5735 but cant get the message at the top left of the screen asking me to do this to go away.

Can anyone explain to me how to reset the filters counter?

Try this:
Open the waste toner door on the left side of the machine. Pull out the filter and reinstall. You should get a screen that pops up that asks if you changed the filter. Follow directions on the screen.

If opening and closing the door does not start this reset, select Machine Status button, Faults tab, I think its under Active messages. You should see the "replace ozone filter" message listed here. Hit that message on the touch screen and it should start the instructions for resetting this condition.

No message came up when I changed the filter so I will try your second suggestion when I go back.
