Fault 124-374 - Docucolor 260

Hi chaps,

Getting the above fault when copying from trays 5 & 6. Machine just stops and doesn't even attempt to copy.

I've checked the fuses/voltage on the HCF PWB and they're fine.

Anyone had this?

What is your machine configuration ? Tray 6 =OHCF ?
Fiery or Creo ? From tray 1-4 everything is ok ?

Hello,

Yes it has SRA3 tray 6 with tray 5 joined above it.

Pretty sure they have a fiery rip. Trays 1-4 work fine.

this is somthings to do with the firmware ..i have this problem before oh you can try change the mcu ,,,
