Xerox Phaser 3150 - Attention Light lights on everytime I turn it On

The Attention light turns on and stays on everytime I turn it on. I have replaced the toner but still it has not helped. I have no idea on what to do, first time I have worked with a phaser 3150.

If the printer has an ip address log into the printer web page and check the printer status. It should indicate what the problem is.
