    Xerox Workcentre 73

    Good Morning Folks,

    I am working on a Xerox Workcentre 7335, I has "4" blinking lights on the control panel "services"/"job status"/"machine status" and the "Interupt" are all flashing, and nothing will function, I can power down and it comes to ready and works for a while but as soon as someone sends a print job the issue returns.

    has anyone seen this or have information that may help?

    If you disconnect the machine from ethernet network and copier working fine without freeze then you need to reset nvm and reinstall software.
    If machine freeze even disconnected from network then probably you have a bad ess pwb.
    What software version is on the machine and what error codes you can see in faults history, especially 116-xxx faults

      If the machine works fine with it disconnected from the network, hook up your laptop to it with a crossover cable and print to it. If you can now copy and print to it from your laptop with no problem then the issue is a corrupt print job.

      Have the customer delete all print jobs on their server. One of them is causing the problem. Now hook it back up to their network and test it again. Nothing should try to print when you first hook it back up if all jobs have been deleted. Now have them send a test page. If it works, your done. Tell them to stop breaking their machine.
