Can anyone help with the following error codes please?

03-xxx are communication failures. Make sure you have all the appropriate cables connected, particularly the UI (monitor) cable. They do get bent if left connected during shipment. You may need to remove the back panel and the connectors where the connect to the boards. If its a new Unit someone may have not reconnected them well.
