xerox cm 505 df - error 062-380

Hi , got this xerox in for service, its displaying error 062-380, which I think relates to the CCD lamp not lighting up completely. I swapped the power supply, MCU and IIT PCB's and also the CCD unit and lamp with second hand working ones but error still remains. Due to this fault scanning and copying functions are completely inactive. Can any xerox tech assist me with any tech tips that might help rectify the fault.

Did you ever find out what was the problem? I found that this error had to do with a overheating fuser unit. Replaced it and all is well. Let me know please.
