To me it looks like you have 2 different problems.

The copy quality issue looks like a transfer problem. Maybe your BTR roller is coming loose on one end? Problem with the transfer belt? Paper is buckling? Might even be a developer problem if your developer inside the DV housing is depleted on one end.

As far as the scan error, you would need to find out what fault code is being generated. If it does not display right on the screen you may have to look at the fault history or possibly connect to the web UI to see if the error code is displayed there.

The scan problem can be a number of things from a mechanical problem not allowing the scanner to move (binding , breakage in scan drive) to something electrical (scan lamp, scanner drive motor, sensor, scanner data processing). A fault code would be needed to narrow down the possible cause.

First read the service manual. 14-110 reffers to scan carriage home sensor. Many things to check for this error.
Second, when you print on the machine, scanner is nothing to do with printing.
Check if the developer module moves free when you lock /unlock the yellow / orange drum lever.
What is the lead edge on the posted printing ?

this is printing from xerox wc pro 35 11 x17 paper tray 1 and by-pass
paper input on short side 11
turn on xerox wc pro 35 machine initial , sensor motor noise not move scaner lamp off , initial last step network complete scaner and copy unavailable
b&w printing first 3 page or 5 pages ok then image missing (mostly upper part of paper),turn off/on again printing first page ok
but maybe 5 page or 3 page image missing .before that paper jam , we clear it ,image missing , it may happen at (toner to developer) , sometime missing at middle

When imagine begin to missing do a panic stop of the copier and check is the image on the drum on the missing zone. Also remove developer module and looks at the magnetic brush, look at the developer gears, try to rotate with hand magnetic roller. The machine is on plane surface ?
I presume lead edge is where 'Octomber 25,2013 is printed'

              Hello pc123321,
              1. About the quality of the print from the attached photos, I think the problem is in Short Paper Path Assembly (059K33981).
              2. About 14-110 error, replace CCD PWB (604K35300).
              Success!

                  Yes, about right pictures.
I think Short Paper Path Assembly not pressed well Transfer/ Detact corotron to the xerographic module.
